This is a glorified truck stop. It is fine for an overnight stop to get off the road, but the road noise is very loud, and the lights are bright. This park is part of a complex that includes a fast food burger restaurant, a gas station, and the campground.

This is a convenient overnight stop for travelers who like their comforts. There are a couple more parks in the area, but they are more rustic. The shade is great, the sites are easy to access, and the owners are very involved in helping you park and get settled. The only downside is that there is traffic noise.

This is a pretty park on top of a hill overlooking beautiful farm country. The only reason I mark it a "7" is because of trains coming through, right next to the park all night long!

This campground is a little hard to find if you are coming off the interstate. There are several twists and turns to follow before arriving. The campground itself is very nice, however there seem to be quite a few permanent sites in use. The people in the park are very nice and quiet hours seem to be pretty quiet!

We would stay here again. The park has easy access from the interstate, but is far enough off the road to muffle the road noise. There are nice shade trees and lots of grassy areas to let the pets walk. The owner is very helpful in getting the rigs parked.

This is a small park with a big heart! The owners are very friendly and try hard to please everyone who stops here. The sites are large and easy to access. The Wi-Fi is strong and available at all sites. Restaurants, casinos and quick stops are within walking distance of the park.

We loved this park. We were in a "super" site and it really was nice. The internet didn't reach our site, but we were so busy it didn't really matter. The sites were level gravel, but the roads coming in and out were pitted and bumpy. The park is located right in the middle of everything. There is a small eatery right on site, and within easy walking distance is a large grocery store and the downtown area.

This park is on a paved road about 6.5 miles out of Seward. It is easily accessible. The sites are old and narrow, but fairly level, and there is room for a slide out (if you like your neighbor). It could be a lot nicer if the managers would make an effort to see that trash that collects in the driveway and around the office is picked up daily. Two nice perks are that the office sells 24 flavors of soft ice cream, and they include a small continental breakfast with your camping fee.

This is a rustic RV park with only electric hookups in a gravel parking area. The owner is very friendly and wants you to have a good experience when you stay there. When we stayed there was a warm, welcoming fire roaring away in the community cook shed. She keeps a cooking grill there for your use and supplies the shed with utensils, spices, etc. The restrooms are just port o potties, but the showers are nice and clean.

This is a noisy park situated in an industrial section of town. On the plus side, it is clean and well maintained, and is close to the downtown area of Anchorage. The train tracks are from 10 to 40 feet from your rig, so if you stay here you have to like trains!

The staff was nice, and the park was well situated to be easy to find, and close to facilities in the village. The full hookup sites were easy to access, but there were drainage trenches dug in the campground road that were very difficult to negotiate. If you need to use the campground showers, the charge is $2.00.

This was a nice, clean park with a friendly staff. It is a quiet park even though it is right next to the exit ramp from Route 2. The only reason I didn't rate it as a 10 is because of really dusty roads!! If this could somehow be addressed, this campground would be almost perfect!

This is a real nice little campground situated right behind the Hotel. RV park guests are invited to use the hotel facilities including the indoor pool, the hot tub and the fitness center. The wifi extended all the way to the RV sites and you can sit in your unit and get on the internet. Trees have been planted, but are still too small to give any shade at this date.

This is a nice, friendly RV park. It is located close to town and the ferry boats to Mackinac Island. The only reason I gave it a seven is because of the terrible mosquito problem. Other than that, it is a ten!

River Bottom Farms is a clean, well run campground. The sites are large and well maintained. We stayed there during the week under the Passport America program. The only reason I did not give it a "10" is that the fire rings are located fairly close to the sites and we got smoke in our eyes and lungs all night long from our neighbors' campfire.

This is the only campground currently open in Folkston. It is located 8 miles from the east entrance to the Okefenokee Swamp. The owner has taken a cow field and put hookups in the field. The entrance road is narrow, sandy and very unstable. The sites are nice and big, but there are trash piles and derelict campers all around the outside of the park. It does not give you a feeling of security at all. The manager is not on site. We stayed with a Passport America discount and still thought that the fee was too high for the campground.

This park has good and bad features. The good are long, level sites and free laundry area. The bad are no shade, a noisy pecan farmer neighbor, and a very poor camper host.

Clean park & very friendly staff - but way overpriced for just an overnight stay for 2 people. One note of interest - horseback riding is available.

This is a nice, clean campground with free wi fi at the sites. The only thing that keeps it from being a "10" is that the pull-thru sites are very close together with no space for an awning.

Very nice park. Lots to do & see both in the park and in the area. Two swimming pools operate in the summer, small boat rental, indoor raquetball courts, a nice exercise room and mini golf are also available in the park. The only reason it is not rated a 10 is because there was no cell phone service available at all in the park. (Not their fault, but it was uncomfortable not having access to our cell service.)

This is an old park that was built before the big campers of today. Many sites were not wide enough for today's rigs. There are about 10 sewer sites and all but two of them are unusable for rigs longer than about 20 feet. However, on the plus side, the park was clean and well tended and the staff was friendly.

This is a very nice, convenient park for an overnight stop. The owners seem to be very proud of their park and they keep a nice clean, quiet campground.

This is a membership park. The preserve is right on the beautiful Piankatank River. The sites are big and many have either a partial river or lake view. WiFi internet is available in the lodge.

This park is a bit of paradise close to the city! All the sites are tree covered and beautiful. A few sites have a limited water view of a small fishing lake. The park also includes a mile or so of ocean front access across the street from the campground. There is a lot of day usage of the ocean area, so the security in the campground is pretty tight. The park is owned and run by the city of Jacksonville.

This is a membership park with very liberal visiting rights if you are willing to take a tour. The sites range from very sunny to partly shady, but the electric is very good and there is no extra charge to run an AC. If you want 50 amp electric, there are sites available that will not cost extra, but if you want a brand new site in section I with 50 amp, the charge is $2.00 a night.

This is a wonderful, desert campground. The spaces are large and well landscaped, with beautiful views all around. We found it through Passport America and would camp here again. There is added cost for 50 amp sites, daily electric used, and for Wi-Fi. It is a dog friendly park.

All full hook up, pull through sites with Cable included. We were not particularly comfortable in the neighborhood. The campsites are right next to a gas station that caters to trucks. Noisy and bright! They also made a point to tell us to keep our dog on a leash, but dogs were running around loose in the park.

The new large rig sites are in a gravel parking lot. The access road to the sites is very bumpy! The hookups are back to back. But the owner makes the stay very comfortable and worthwhile. He goes out of his way to help and explain how to get TV and how to get to local tourist sites and the local tourist information center.

This campground is run by a private company within the national park. The sites are all pull through with gravel pads. It is serviced by the national park bus system, which means that you can get virtually everywhere within the park without having to use your own transportation. They have recently added cable tv hookups. The only drawback that we found was that some of the sites were not very level and it was tough to get the rig set up. Once set up, however, the stay was "grand"!

This is a small park right off Hwy 99. The shade was just wonderful, but the sites were very cramped. Small, but nice, dog walk area right outside the gates.

This is a small park located on the same grounds as a motel and diner. The sites were cramped but clean. We had to unhook our toad for just an overnight stay, but the management went overboard to see that we had sites where we would fit. Convenient to the interstate, gas, and food.
